Hi friend,

I received a stellar review recently, and it resonated for my own experience as well:

The little commitments I made to myself and the accountability exercises ended up being more important than I ever could have imagined.

Powerful, honest, simple.

The way we commit to ourselves creates our experience.

I used to be committed to sugar. Through this coping mechacnism, I was committing to a specific experience - feeling groggy, achy, etc. I thought that was normal.

Then I changed. I gave it up in January. And my life changed. To quote this client:

“Those simple commitments created a ripple effect that positively impacted nearly every area of my life.”

How committed are you? Better yet, what have you committed to?

Is it entertainment, social media, exercise, food, your family, your work?

Everyday, we make choices that show our commitment levels.

Maybe you are stuck in a professional situation that drains your energy and makes every element of your life miserable?

The truth is: You cannot stay somewhere you are miserable, because that misery makes everything else miserable, too

It’s time to stop pushing through and start taking decisive action toward a life that is whole, rewarding, and aligned with your true potential.

That’s what JD did. In our first 3 months together, this client achieved some significant breakthroughs:

  • Measurable Financial Wins: Gaining clarity leads directly to powerful business results. I helped this client transform challenges into opportunities: this client’s successfully navigated a complex consulting issue that resulted in saving her company $33k in 3 months!

  • Emotional Stability: When you address the root causes of misalignment, your mental health improves dramatically. What began as unexplainable emotional lows, transformed dramatically, JD reported their mental health score (on a scale of 1-10) moving from a 2 to a 7, eliminating the stress that caused them to cry for no apparent reason.

  • Master the Power of "The Little Things": True transformation happens not in grand gestures, but in consistent daily accountability. We focus on teaching you how to lead yourself effectively by honoring your small commitments.

How did we get there?

Weekly Check-ins: We implement simple check-ins, such as an 8 am text asking, "Did you go, if not, go!", ensuring you follow through on commitments that build momentum.

Prioritizing Life Over Work: It is vital to hold yourself accountable for the "little things". Our process teaches you to stop constantly pushing aside running, walking, and family time to prioritize work stuff. When you stay focused on these foundational elements, you prevent burnout and gain clarity.

The little commitments I made to myself and the accountability exercises ended up being more important than I ever could have imagined. The three small promises I made to myself changed not only the dynamic within my family, but also the way I showed up at work. Those simple commitments created a ripple effect that positively impacted nearly every area of my life.

Something to Try

A simple but not always easy step: recommit to yourself.

How to do this - what is your daily practice? Has it gone by the wayside? Summer means, warm days, laziness, taking a break; all good things.

It’s easy to fall off the daily practice when you’re on vacation; or the kids are out of school, or the temptation to sleep in late overcomes everything.

Now is the time to recommit. Before you begin to create new unhealthy patterns, take the time to assess where you are and if its where you’d like to be.

Sometimes a group setting can aid in this recalibration.

I invite you to my weekly Tuesday meditation group. We meet at 6:30 pm Pacific time, online.

I guide you through a meditation practice - perfect for all levels. Bonus: the support and encouragement of a dedicated group of individuals.

I look forward to supporting your journey toward balance.
