Let's Be Clear
What is clearing and why is it important?

Hello Elite Being!
Thanks for being here and reading through this newsletter.
I hope you achieve the most elite version of you. Keep going!
Best wishes,
Lisa
How to get clear?
So, you know how every day, we soak up the stress, emotions, and energy of the people we interact with?
Picture this: each client, student, or patient you talk to is like a coat you put on.
How many coats are you wearing by the end of the day? 10, 20, 30, or even 40?
With each layer, you're taking on more and more, and pretty soon, you're feeling the weight.
And what happens when you keep adding layers without taking any off?
That's right, it gets heavier and heavier.
Before you know it, you're dealing with anxiety, stress, sleepless nights, and burnout.
It's like carrying a backpack full of bricks everywhere you go.
But here's the thing: you don't have to live like that. Having a clearing practice at the end of your day or after each client can make a world of difference.
It's like taking off those coats and giving yourself a chance to breathe.
You're releasing all the emotions and attachments that come with your work, and that's important because those layers build up over time.
If you don't intentionally let them go, they'll stay with you, causing all sorts of problems โ physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Chronic stress and burnout are no joke. They can lead to some serious health issues.
40% of adults report that their job is very or extremely stressful
25% view their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives
42% of adults say that stress has caused them to lie awake at night in the past month (thatsโ me ๐)
Burnout is now recognized as an occupational phenomenon by the World Health Organization, and it can lead to severe mental health issues.
The American Psychological Association reports that chronic stress can lead to a variety of health problems
anxiety
depression
heart disease
high blood pressure
weakened immune system
stressful sleep
So, why not give yourself the space you deserve?
I created a guide to help you create a clearing practice that works for you.
Whether you choose one technique or a combination of a few, the goal is to refresh and come back to neutral. You'll be able to face another day without all that weight on your shoulders.
And the best part?
This is your practice. You get to decide what works best for you.
So, what do you say?
Ready to start shedding those layers and taking care of number one โ that's you!
Something to Try
At the end of your day, was your hands and intentionally release the day. Imagine the water washing away the conversations, people, experiences- both positive and negative. Mindfully tell yourself that the day is done and you are clearing these things away.
Meditate - 30 seconds, 3 minutes, 30 minutes - you get to determine how much you need. Follow a guided meditation or do it on your own.
Sacred smoke: sage, palo santo, copal, incense. Use these tools to clear yourself, your physical body, your physical space, light them up and let it burn around your body and physical space.
Pro tip - Great to have these in your car especially if you meet people in person!
